Due to its alpine character, the karst relief with specific shapes, the Buila-Vânturarița Massif presents special conditions for climbing, both in the areas where routes are currently being developed and in other areas. The opening and equipping of new climbing routes is only possible with the agreement of the Buila-Vânturarița National Park Administration.
